5. Payment Terms and Incoterms

Payment terms, pricing, and Incoterms (CNF/CIF) will be specified in individual trading agreements. All parties must agree to documented commercial terms before shipment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The materials on Metalix Global's website are proprietary. We retain all intellectual property rights to the website content, designs, and information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
